This system utilises a solar plate collector which heats the water and is placed on the building roof.  

Cold water from the building is fed to this.  Hot water from  the collector is fed to the tank.  An electronic controller senses the temperature differential between the collector and the storage tank using sensors on the roof and water tank.  This in turn turns on a small circulation pump which moves the hot water to the storage tank.

In other words when the roof is hotter than the tank the sensor will switch on the pump and move hot water from the roof to the tank whilst at the same time moving cold water to the roof for heating.

Our systems come with a full 2-year Warranty but they can be expected to last for many years. 

Payback time
Using an average of 240 kWH/month, this equates to G$13,440 per month, or nearly US$70.  Electricity prices will not stay as they are and price rises are sure to happen.  Based on the retail price quoted with this brochure, the payback time if approximately 2 years.  This means that you get FREE hot water after only TWO YEARS!

Installation
Full installation is covered in the price.  This means that you get hot water flowing from the day that the system is installed.  Unlike other local companies, installed means exactly that – connected up

Terms
Our solar water heaters are individually supplied and fitted.  Allow 8 weeks for delivery.  Terms are 75% deposit with the balance being paid upon commissioning.
