This utilises a solar plate collector which heats the water and is placed on the building roof. Cold water from the building supply is fed to this. Hot water from the collector is then fed to the tank when hot water is drawn off to service. There are no moving parts, there is no maintenance, there is nothing to go wrong. This is a one-time quality system which will benefit you for years to come.
Where are they used?
Amongst many systems installed around the world, these heaters are in use at the American Embassy in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. A large system consisting of 22 PT50 heaters is being installed in a resort complex in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Caribbean.
